AWESOME COMPANY and EVERYONE with whom we had communications was FASTASTIC!!
From the sales person, Jason, the schedulers, Chris and Claudia, the on-site manager, AUGUSTO, his crew (Frederico, Juan and Angeliz) and Paul, the production manager who stopped by on the final day to ensure all was going well, ALL were top-notch. They want to ensure you are pleased with the job. ANYTHING you are not 100% satisfied, they FIX and make it right!!
Every single one of the painters are HARD working and did not slack. They work LONG hours!!!
PLEASE people, take care of the people who take care of you!
Put some snacks, and hydrating cold drinks out for them!
Additionally, the coverage on the paint is awesome! I come from a background of relatives who are painters and perfectionists, so I know a good paint job! These guys do a VERY good job and a VERY fair price! I would recommend to ALL!
As for the 1-star ratings, that are pulling the overall rating down on this company:
The 1 stars seem to be predominately based on advertising flyers being put on your door, despite “no solicitation” signs. They have never rung our doorbell or bothered us, simply hung a flyer on the door, which is how we learned about them, consistent with other people’s reviews. I and others feel it’s an effective form of advertising. I don’t consider it a bother (again, they didn’t ring our doorbell or take up our time).
Kudos to the “other” Paul (the owner) for operating such a great company!
