AWESOME COMPANY and EVERYONE with whom we had communications was FASTASTIC!! From the sales person, Jason, the schedulers, Chris and Claudia, the on-site manager, AUGUSTO, his crew (Frederico, Juan and Angeliz) and Paul, the production manager who stopped by on the final day to ensure all was going well, ALL were top-notch. They want to ensure you are pleased with the job. ANYTHING you are not 100% satisfied, they FIX and make it right!! Every single one of the painters are HARD working and did not slack. They work LONG hours!!! PLEASE people, take care of the people who take care of you! Put some snacks, and hydrating cold drinks out for them! Additionally, the coverage on the paint is awesome! I come from a background of relatives who are painters and perfectionists, so I know a good paint job! These guys do a VERY good job and a VERY fair price! I would recommend to ALL! As for the 1-star ratings, that are pulling the overall rating down on this company: The 1 stars seem to be predominately based on advertising flyers being put on your door, despite “no solicitation” signs. They have never rung our doorbell or bothered us, simply hung a flyer on the door, which is how we learned about them, consistent with other people’s reviews. I and others feel it’s an effective form of advertising. I don’t consider it a bother (again, they didn’t ring our doorbell or take up our time). Great communication, friendly interactions with everyone, and excellent work at HALF THE PRICE of our other quotes! Very glad they left their door hanger or I wouldn't have know to call them otherwise. We had received quotes from other companies that were double or more what Innovative quoted. Innovative Painting did an AWESOME job on our home! After getting many quotes, this company was BY FAR the most fair price we could find. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. They were also the ONLY painting company who would add some siding nails to the current siding where the old nails weren’t holding to anything anymore. Most painting companies just pound the old ones back in and caulk. (Then months later they just pop out again.) Customer service was spot on! Paul and Paul were communicative, professional and great to talk to from quote to the end of the project. Also the team they sent to do the hard work was FANTASTIC!
